In France, General Electric will launch production most gigantic wind-electric generators for installation on high seas.
Windmill model will be called Haliade X, which will produce 45% more energy than those already in use.
GE Renewable, which specializes in renewable energy, plans to contribute to development generator 330 million euros. Part amount will be transferred modernization plant in Saint-Nasser, and other part to be invested in factory LM Wind- Danish partner American company-in Cherbourg. It is implied that construction plant will create many jobs in these cities.
Production generators will be fully produced in France, but country does not plan to place them in its water area. GE Renewable reports that generator orders come from USA, Asia and number European countries.
